This tenant-improvement project features Japanese–inspired design, environmentally conscious materials, clean, clear colors, and energy-efficient lighting. The design is at once relaxing and vibrant, while ensuring that the product — the eyeglass frames — are always the focus of patrons’ attention. An innovative use of a recycled resin material, adds a dramatic sculptural element to the ceiling and the merchandise displays. This dynamic feature is then paired with ambient lighting to create subtle color variations as one moves through the space. The warmth of natural bamboo flooring balances the clear, stark wall colors. Natural stone accents the casework and adds texture.
